Sound familiar?

Self-care, or hiding?
Be honest.

  • You feel everyone’s mood the second you walk into a room.
  • You say yes, then spend the whole evening recovering.
  • “Protecting your peace” has slowly turned into never leaving the house.
  • You want to be soft and open without getting drained.

You don’t have to choose between soft and safe.

Meet Bastet

A little more cat energy.

Bastet is the ancient Egyptian cat goddess of home, joy, pleasure and protection. Her temple city, Bubastis, threw some of the biggest festivals in Egypt, with music, dancing and wine. Cats were her sacred animals, trusted to keep danger away from the home. Bastet doesn’t build walls. She decides who gets in, then curls up in the sun and enjoys her life. That’s the whole lesson. In this initiation we work with her as an archetype: protect your space, choose your people, keep your joy.

and still social.

Before you begin

A few good questions.

Do I need any experience?

No. This is beginner friendly and written for real life.

What do I need?

A candle, a little salt, something that smells good, a bell, and a cat image. Your actual cat counts. Things you already own work. Keep salt, fragrance, and flame out of reach of pets; a cat image works just as well.

How long does it take?

Go at your own pace. Each lesson is a short read. Allow 30 to 40 minutes for the ritual.

How do I get access?

Access in your inbox within minutes of checkout, through Thinkific. You receive lifetime access.

How do I get the bonus courses?

Your free code and redemption instructions are inside the course.

Is there audio or video?

No. Everything is written, so you can read it anywhere.

Is anything shipped?

No. This is fully digital, with course access and downloadable materials.

How do you approach Bastet?

Through contemporary archetype work informed by ancient Egyptian sources. We encourage you to explore her history alongside the practices.
